1. I frequently travel, will I still be able to use my AccuBak Online account?Yes. We have over 13930 access numbers in different cities across the country. 2. Can I use my AccuBak Online account on more than one computer?Yes, you can install the AccuBak Online Access setting on more than one computer, but you can only dial in with one of those computers at any given time. Using more than one computer to dial up at a time is in violation of the Terms of Use policy. 3. How will I be billed for my internet access?When you sign up for AccuBak Online Access, you will be asked what your primary email address will be, it does not need to be one of the email addresses that we will be providing you with. On the 20th of each month we will send out an email invoice. All invoices are due on the first of the month. Late payments are subject to a $10.00 late fee. If payment is not received by the 15th of the month, your account will be suspended and the $10.00 late fee will be assessed. There is a $25.00 charge for returned checks. 4. What are my payment options?You can pay for your AccuBak Online Access by either check, Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover cards. We can even set it up to automatically charge to your credit card on a monthly basis. 5. How can I access my email?You can access your email by any standard email program (ie: MS Outlook or Outlook Express) or via our Web Mail. On Web Mail allows you to check your email from any computer in the world that has access to the internet. You can keep an address book and send and receive attachments. 6. What type of Christian Missionaries does AccuBak Online Access support?We are starting by supporting Missionaries from the Mission Service Corps of the North American Mission Board. As we grow, we may expand to other organizations and will update this site to reflect those organizations. |
